Breakfast Platter:

Scoops of egg salad, tuna salad, and cream cheese beautifully decorated with vegetables


Lox:

Mounds of lox served over a bed of lettuce garnished with fresh onion rings, pepper corn, lemon wedges and pepper rosettes


Herring:

Choice of herring in oil or winesauce


Vegetable Platter:

Slices of Cucumber and Tomatoes


Breads:

Assorted Bagels, Rye Breads and croissants


Dessert:

Fresh Fruit, rogelach and danishes


Drinks:

Orange and cranberry juice, Coffee & Tea


Possible Additions:

Omelet station a la minute with your choice of mushrooms, variety of peppers, saut?ed onions, and shredded cheese

Blintzes station cheese or potato blintzes served with sour cream and apple sauce

Crepes station a la minute with your choice of crepe suzettes or crepes filled with fresh fruits and hot chocolate sauce (a great way to end a simcha!)
